miss mendon diner

mom did the unthinkable today and took both kids to breakfast...by herself. it wasn't so bad, actually. zack loved the jukebox and penny spent most of the time chewing on cold apples to help soothe her gums (her third tooth is fianally making an appearance! - how she's been eating things like chips, hot dogs, fries, etc etc. without any top teeth is beyond me). it was a litttle tricky, however, to enjoy my eggs with two kids on either side of me who can't eat eggs. luckily, they were kept busy with fruit and jelly packets (to play with, not eat).
